Client Feedback

The OneStop Business Registry responds to comments, suggestions and requests made by entrepreneurs in the online survey at the end of our business registration and business address change services.

We log and respond to comments made to the OneStop Help Desk. We also survey our more than 200 partners on a regular basis and respond to their input.

Changes to our system and services are made as budget and other business processes allow.
